1. Information We Collect

Drummo collects and stores limited information necessary to create, operate, secure, and improve the application.

  • Account and profile information: such as your email address, user ID, username, avatar, profile bio, account creation date, and account update date.
  • Authentication information: information provided through Google Sign-In, used to create, identify, and manage your account.
  • Gameplay and app activity data: such as the games you play, match statistics, wins, losses, win rate, rating or score, streaks, and game-related progress.
  • Purchase and virtual item information: such as purchased items, unlocked content, virtual currency balance, coin transactions, product IDs, purchase tokens, order IDs, purchase status, refunds, and related transaction records.
  • Notification data: such as Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens used to send app-related notifications.
  • Safety and moderation data: such as blocked users, ban status, ban date, and information needed to protect the app and enforce rules.
  • Technical and security information: data needed to operate the app, prevent fraud, verify purchases, maintain security, diagnose errors, and improve stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

  • to create, authenticate, and manage your user account;
  • to display and maintain your user profile;
  • to manage authentication and personalized access to the app;
  • to save gameplay statistics, progress, ratings, streaks, and app-related activity;
  • to manage virtual currency, purchases, unlocked items, themes, and other in-app content;
  • to verify purchases made through Google Play and prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate grants, refunds, or chargeback issues;
  • to send app-related notifications, when applicable;
  • to provide security features, moderation, user blocking, and ban enforcement;
  • to improve app stability, diagnose technical issues, measure performance, and maintain app functionality;
  • to comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, and services.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your personal data for third-party advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

Drummo may use third-party services that help operate, secure, analyze, and improve the application.

  • Google Sign-In / OAuth2: used for secure authentication through the user's Google account.
  • Firebase / Google services: used for backend infrastructure, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, notifications, and other technical functions needed to operate and improve the app.
  • Google Play Billing: used to process, validate, and manage in-app purchases, refunds, payment status, and purchase-related records.
  • Backend and infrastructure providers: used to store data, process requests, manage user profiles, and keep the service available and secure.

These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

4. Data Sharing

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties except in the following cases:

  • when required by law, regulation, legal process, or authority;
  • when necessary to protect our legal rights or enforce our Terms;
  • when using trusted service providers that help us operate Drummo, under appropriate privacy and security conditions;
  • when necessary to process or validate purchases, refunds, payment reversals, or purchase-related disputes;
  • when necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, cheating, security incidents, unauthorized access, or violations of our rules.

We may share limited data with trusted service providers only when necessary to operate, secure, analyze, maintain, and improve Drummo.

5. Analytics, Crash Reporting, and Performance

Drummo may use Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, crash reporting, and performance monitoring tools to understand app usage, diagnose technical issues, detect crashes, measure performance, and improve the application.

These tools may collect technical and usage data, such as app interactions, device information, diagnostics, crash logs, performance data, and service-generated identifiers. We do not intentionally send sensitive personal information, such as passwords or payment card details, to analytics services.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data may be stored on servers operated by Drummo or by trusted infrastructure, backend, database, and cloud service providers.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no digital service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the application, maintain user accounts, process purchases, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms.

If an account is deleted, certain data may be deleted, anonymized, or retained only where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational reasons.

If Drummo or any part of the service is discontinued, we may retain or delete data as required or permitted by applicable law and by this Privacy Policy.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account or personal data by contacting us using the contact information below.

After receiving a deletion request, we may need to verify your identity before processing the request. Some information may be retained when necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, maintain security, enforce our Terms, or keep transaction and accounting records.

9. Minimum Age Requirement

Drummo is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Your Rights under Brazilian Law (LGPD)

Under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD), you may have the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal data;
  • access your personal data;
  • request correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
  • request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data;
  • request deletion of personal data processed with consent;
  • withdraw consent, when processing is based on consent;
  • request information about data sharing, where applicable.

11. Service Changes and Availability

Drummo may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, in whole or in part, for technical, operational, commercial, legal, or security reasons.

Changes to the service may affect features, accounts, virtual items, stored data, statistics, or other app-related information, subject to applicable law and our Terms of Use.

Rules about virtual items, virtual currency, licenses, refunds, compensation, account suspension, and access to digital content are described in our Terms of Use.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When relevant changes are made, we may notify users through the application, website, email, or other available channels.

Continued use of Drummo after the update means that you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
